for posting to Big Listen's TheStream web site in order to
share with fellow artists, writers, engineers and producers
your works.
By emailing a file or files to BigListen in
this manner, you certify that all intellectual property -- the
lyrics, the music, the performance, the recording itself, the
script in the case of nonmusical audio, as well as all other
sounds or other material -- involved is your own property for
which you hold the copyright.
At this time, we are not licensed for any
property that is connected with the Recording Industry
Association of America, any performance rights organization such
as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SOCAN, or others, or publishers
representatives such as the Harry Fox Agency or others. Even if
you have a license to record a cover song, you are not authorized
to publish it to BigListen. If you are uploading your file for
educational purposes, fine, but the same rules still apply.
As the owner of the intellectual property
involved, you grant BigListen license to store and transmit that
property as streaming as well as on-demand audio, at no
compensation to you.
